Account Freeze Navigator is not a law firm

Account Freeze Navigator is a document generation tool. It is not a law firm, not a legal services provider, and not a substitute for an advocate. Using it does not create a lawyer-client relationship between you and us, and nothing on this site or in the documents it produces is legal advice or a legal opinion.

We do not represent you before any bank, police authority, tribunal, forum or court, and we cannot appear or correspond on your behalf. We do not refer you to any advocate and we receive nothing from anyone for doing so.

The documents are drafted by software, unreviewed

Every document is generated automatically by an AI language model from the answers you enter. No lawyer reviews them, before or after generation. AI systems can make mistakes: they can misstate the law, cite a provision that has been amended or repealed, get a date or a reference wrong, or produce text that does not fit your situation.

You must check every document before you use it. Verify each legal citation, each name, address, reference number and date, and complete every [PLACEHOLDER] left in the draft. Law, official procedures and contact details change over time and differ between states. We strongly recommend that a qualified advocate reviews any document before you submit it to a bank, an authority or a court.

No outcome is promised

We do not promise, guarantee or predict that your account will be unfrozen, that any money will be released or recovered, or that any authority will respond at all. Any assessment, star rating, timeline or estimate in the Case Analysis is an indicative estimate generated from the information you entered, not a forecast and not a professional opinion. Outcomes depend on facts and decisions entirely outside our control.

Your responsibility for what you send

You decide what to send, to whom, and when. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you enter and of anything you sign or submit. Do not submit anything you know to be untrue or incomplete to a bank, a police authority or a court.

If you have received a notice or summons, do not ignore it. If you are asked a question by an authority, answer it truthfully. Nothing in our documents or guidance suggests withholding, concealing or misstating any fact, and nothing in them should be read that way.

Some situations need an advocate rather than a letter: among them a registered FIR, a summons, a court-ordered attachment, a proceeding in another state, or a dispute over who owns the money. Our Case Analysis will say so where it applies, but the judgement is ultimately yours.

What we do with your information

We do not store your answers, your documents or your case details on our servers, and we do not have a database of users. Your answers are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) for the sole purpose of generating your documents, including when you record a reply and ask us to redraft. Your case and the finished documents are saved in this browser's local storage on your own device. They survive closing the tab, but they are lost if you clear your browsing data, use private browsing, or switch device, so download your documents and your case file. The case file is not encrypted: it holds your account and reference numbers in readable form, and anyone with access to the device can open it.

Your email address and phone number are used only to personalise the documents and, if you pay, to process that payment. We do not send marketing, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone other than the payment and AI providers named on this page.

Razorpay's checkout loads only when you choose to pay, and is not present anywhere else on this site. When it loads, Razorpay Checkout collects and processes the payment credentials you enter, such as your card, UPI or netbanking details, under its own privacy policy, and sets its own cookies and identifiers in your browser. That is Razorpay acting as the payment processor, not us: we do not see or handle your card number, UPI PIN or OTP.

To confirm a payment went through, Account Freeze Navigator receives the order ID, payment ID and a signature from Razorpay's checkout, and separately fetches the payment's status directly from Razorpay to check the amount, currency, capture status and order match. If that verification fails, a limited technical log may record the order ID, payment ID, the stage and reason it failed, and the time, but no information about your case.

Once a payment is verified, Account Freeze Navigator issues a signed entitlement tied to a one-way fingerprint of your case, so the same entitlement cannot be reused to generate documents for a different case. This fingerprint is not a copy of your case and cannot be reversed back into it, and we do not keep a database linking payments to cases.

Because we do not retain your data, we cannot retrieve your documents for you later, and requests to access or delete stored personal data will generally find nothing to act on.

We count how many people reach each stage of the site (a page opened, an assessment viewed, a payment started) so we can tell where the product is failing people. That counting uses no cookies, sets no identifier of any kind, and involves no third-party analytics service: nothing is loaded from Google, Microsoft or anyone else on any page. All that is recorded is that an event happened and which broad freeze category it related to. Because there is no identifier, these counts cannot be joined together into anybody's journey, and two visitors are indistinguishable from one visitor twice.

We never record your name, phone number, email address, account number, FIR or NCRP references, the amounts involved, anything you typed, or any part of a generated document. There is no session recording or replay anywhere on this site.

Payment and refunds

The fee of ₹999 is for generating and downloading the document set. It is a fee for the documents themselves, not for any result. Because the documents are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, the fee is not refundable on the basis that an account was not unfrozen or that an authority did not respond.

If you experience a technical problem, such as being charged but not receiving your documents, please contact support.freezemate@gmail.com, using the subject line Account Freeze Navigator Support – Payment Issue or Account Freeze Navigator Support – Technical Issue.

If you contact support, please include:

  • your bank name,
  • approximate payment date and time,
  • the Razorpay payment ID (if available),
  • and any error message you saw.

Please do not send passwords, OTPs, PINs or full card details. We will never ask you for them, and we do not need them to resolve a payment problem.

Where a technical fault meant you were charged but received no documents, we will refund you in full.

Limitation of liability

The service and the documents are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, currency or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service or the documents, including any loss of money, delay, adverse decision, or action taken by any bank, authority or court. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing here excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Contact and governing law

For questions about this page, a refund, or anything else, write to support.freezemate@gmail.com. We can help with payment problems and technical faults. We cannot look up, restore or re-send your case or your documents, because we hold no copy of them: that is what the case file you download is for. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

If your money is urgently needed, if an FIR has been registered against you, or if you have been summoned to appear, please consult a qualified advocate. A generated letter is not the right tool for those situations on its own.
